After graduating from the University of Parma and an experience in the Legal and Corporate Affairs Office of a credit institution, Salerni came to Studio Legale Penco preparing and updating Codes of Ethics and Organisation, Management and Control Systems adopted under Legislative Decree no. 231/01, supporting various Supervisory Bodies (single-member and collective) in preparing minutes of meetings and organising audits of the various corporate departments.

Salerni provides consultancy services in the areas of corporate governance, protection of workers’ health and safety (Legislative Decree no. 81/08), environmental protection and supports client companies in implementing sustainable development projects, drafting corporate social responsibility (CSR) policies and sustainability reports.

She is a member of the Supervisory Boards of companies operating in the logistics, circular economy and BPO & Digital Transformation sectors.
